We don’t offer a resizing service, so please check your ring size carefully before you order. Use the size guide on this page and double-check your size. If you’re unsure whether you need a different size, email us at hello@gilibili.com before placing your order and we’ll help.

If a ring does need resizing after delivery, we can help you find a trusted jeweler near you, and you can have it resized there. Some designs, such as eternity bands, can’t easily be resized.

An unworn ring in its original condition can be returned within 30 days under our Return & Refund Policy. Once a ring has been resized or altered, it can’t be returned.
