Return & Refund Policy

30-day returns

1. Email us within 14 days of delivery at hello@gilibili.com with your order number to start a return. We’ll confirm your return and share the details.
2. Ship it back within 30 days of delivery. You arrange and pay for the return shipment, including tracked, fully insured shipping and any import duties and taxes into India (ship duties paid).
3. The piece must be unworn and in perfect condition, in its original box, with its certificate (if included).
4. Once it arrives and passes inspection, we refund the full amount you paid to your original payment method.

We’d love to receive your piece back the same way we sent it to you: tracked, fully insured and with duties paid. Just as we cover shipping, insurance and duties on the way to you, the shipping, insurance and India import duties on the way back are covered by you.

Engraved and custom-designed pieces are final sale. Please report any damage or wrong item within 48 hours of delivery.
