Production Time

Each piece takes approximately 10–12 business days to make. We focus on quality over speed to ensure every detail is just right. For exact timelines, please refer to individual product pages.

Where We Ship

We offer free express shipping to 50+ countries with transit insurance. No matter where you are, your GiliBili jewelry will reach you quickly and securely — at no extra cost.

We ship to the United States, Canada, United Kingdom, European Union countries, Australia, New Zealand, Japan, Thailand, Malaysia, Singapore, Hong Kong, Taiwan, and Indonesia, South Africa etc.

Customs Duties & Import Taxes

Depending on your country, local import taxes or duties may apply. These charges are determined by your government and are the responsibility of the customer.

• United States: No import duties on jewelry orders under $800 USD for personal use.
• UK, EU, Canada, Australia, etc.: VAT or import fees may be applied.
• India and Southeast Asia: Charges vary by country.

Once Your Order Ships

You’ll receive a tracking number via email as soon as your order is on its way. All shipments are fully insured for the full purchase value and require a signature upon delivery.

• Express shipping shortens delivery time, not production time. Your piece will still take 10–12 business days to create.
• We do not ship to P.O. boxes.
