Return & Refund Policy
We accept returns on eligible items, but we do not offer direct exchanges at this time. If something’s not quite right, we’re here to help.
Returns
You must initiate a return request within 7 days of receiving your order, and the item must be shipped back within 30 days of delivery. Returns requested or sent after this period may not be accepted.
To begin your return, please email us at hello@gilibili.com with your order number and reason for return. Our team will guide you through the next steps.
Please note: Customised or personalised pieces (including engraved, made-to-order, or altered designs) are not eligible for return or refund.
Exchanges
We do not offer item-for-item exchanges at this time. However, you are welcome to return an eligible item for a refund and place a new order at your convenience.
Return Shipping
Return shipping is the customer’s responsibility. To ensure your return arrives safely, we require that it is sent with:
- A trackable shipping service
- Insurance that covers the full value of the item
This protects you in case of loss, theft, or damage in transit. GiliBili is not responsible for return packages that are lost or damaged while being shipped back to us.
Items must be returned in original condition — unworn, unaltered, and in original packaging with all included documentation.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you via email. If your item is approved for return:
- A full refund will be issued to your original payment method within 2–3 business days.
- If the item is damaged, altered, or missing components, a partial or no refund may be issued at our discretion.
