We offer a 30-day return policy from the date you receive your order.

Customised or personalised jewellery, including engraved pieces, made-to-order designs, or altered items, are not eligible for return or refund.

Exchanges

We do not offer item-for-item exchanges at this time. However, you are welcome to return an eligible item for a refund and place a new order at your convenience.

Return Shipping

Return shipping is the customer’s responsibility. To ensure your return arrives safely, we require that it be sent with:

A trackable shipping service
Insurance that covers the full value of the item

This protects you in case of loss, theft, or damage in transit. GiliBili is not responsible for return packages that are lost or damaged during shipment back to us.

Items must be returned in original condition — unworn, unaltered, and in original packaging with all included documentation.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you via email. If your item is approved for return:

A full refund will be issued to your original payment method within 2–3 business days.
If the item is damaged, altered, or missing components, a partial or no refund may be issued at our discretion.

Return shipping instructions and the return address will be provided by our support team after your return request is approved. Please do not send items back without receiving confirmation and instructions from us.
